Your Right to Data Deletion
In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
1. Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Whether you want complete deletion or specific data removed
2. Facebook Users
If you logged in using Facebook, you can also request data deletion directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
- Find "Photoshoot Rome" and click "Remove"
- Select "Delete all data" when prompted
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- Your booking history and preferences
- Any communications stored in our system
- Analytics data associated with your account
Data We May Need to Retain
Please note that some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by Italian law:
- Invoice and transaction records (retained for up to 10 years)
- Tax-related documentation
- Any data required for ongoing legal proceedings
Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
