Where we will go
A magnificent example of Italian Baroque style, Piazza di Spagna is one of the most-visited squares in Rome.The Spanish Steps are a set of steps dating from 1723, climbing a steep slope between the Piazza di Spagna at the base and Piazza Trinita dei Monti at the top dominated by Trinita dei Monti Church.
We will mee at the base where is the Early Baroque fountain called Fontana della Barcaccia credited by Pietro Bernini, father of a more famous son, Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
We will stop on top of the staircase where the Sallustian obelisk looks over one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Eternal city.
